Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to expand the Claims Validation Team with ambitious individuals who have a passion, desire and a great attitude, to help them manage Third Party incidents, ensuring a world class customer service. Role Overview:

As a Claims Validation Specialist you will take responsibility for overseeing and undertaking efficient, proactive and economical handling of potential indemnity investigations and fraudulent claims. You will take ownership of a varied caseload and use your expertise as a referral point for your team. They're looking for an authentic person who will work collaboratively and confidently with internal stakeholders and insurer clients. The ideal candidate will thrive on the demands of the role, be able to multi-task, always think ahead, keep their technical knowledge up to date and have a proactive approach to their own development.
