Our client, a global leader in their field, are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis of 3-4 months. The Talent Acquisition Specialist would report into the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and would be responsible for delivering a quality end-to-end recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist would also be responsible for the following:
* Managing stakeholder relationships to gain clear understanding of role requirements and
* Supporting Line Managers through the recruitment process, conducting CV reviews, interviews and supporting at offer stage
* Managing candidate relationships from pre-screening through to the offer process
* Coordination of offer and start processes
* Sourcing of candidates using a wide variety of channels
* Using a range of assessment tools and techniques to evaluate the interview process
* Candidate assessment centres
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills/qualifications:
* Previous experience in recruitment position; either in house or high volume agency
* Understanding of legal and legislative compliance in the recruitment cycle
Highly IT literate and a proficient user of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking software. Familiarity of using Workday would be highly advantageous
* Previous experience in stakeholder management at all levels
