Temporary HR Administrator

Job Description:

Day to day HR Administration including:

* HR correspondence

* Background checks

* Coordinate Probation reviews

* Coordination of Induction activities

* Administrations of Starters and Leavers

* Invoice processing

* Support the HR inbox and respond to queries

* Data entry to HR systems and maintain HR records

* Managing data in excel

* Support HR Team on ad hoc projects

* Ad-hoc support in a small, busy and flexible team

Person Specification:

* Previous administration experience in a busy office environment

* HR administration experience is desirable but not essential

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good team player

* Strong communication at all levels in a friendly and professional manner

* Ability to work to own initiative once given the information, and self-manage progress

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* GBP10.00 per hour (depending on experience)

* Free parking

* 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday

* Pension scheme
