Our client is an international company with offices in the UK, Portugal, and US. They work with organisations to create digital and technology platforms to drive transformation, develop capabilities and deliver digital and transactional experiences that build business around the world.

They are looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to work with them on a dynamic project for one of their international clients.

You will be based at their Warwick offices - CV34 6RZ.

Role Overview:
This role is a great opportunity to learn the skills to be a Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager’s central duty is to assist the Senior Project Manager. This can any number of tasks. Often, you will be assisting with the tasks outlined below, but you may also be asked to perform clerical duties, maintain contact with clients and parties involves through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participation in client workshops.
  • Work closely with internal development, testing and support teams.
  • Helping with the development of project plans and documentation.
  • Being Involved in Commercial aspects of the Project.
  • Reporting project status.

Essential Skills:

  • A sound commercial and financial understanding is required.
  • Experience in working with multiple suppliers.
  • Experience in ensuring appropriate business engagement.
  • Have broad based knowledge - both in the Business and Technical areas to be able to advise colleagues in strategic direction and consult on issues.
  • Team-leading skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Confident and self-motivated.
  • Self-directed and independent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to interact with technical staff to communicate support requirements and elicit additional information;
  • Knowledge for Agile Methodologies.
  • PRINCE2 Certification.
