This position is covering maternity leave and will be for a minimum of 9 months.

You will oversee the full recruitment cycle process for assigned and open positions. This will include sourcing, pre-screening, qualifying candidates, providing a diverse pool of qualified candidates to our hiring managers, creating interview questionnaires and extending job offers. We want to ensure that all our candidates, internal and external, have a positive and successful recruiting experience so it is important that you are collaborative and are passionate about providing the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities

    Post job openings online, liaising with recruitment agencies, working on selection strategies Use creative networks and recruiting tools to find the best candidates Provide hiring managers with effective screening, interviewing and selection techniques Maintain applicant tracking systems Managing candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process Coordinate and attend career/job fairs, and other employment events where applicable.  Ensure that events are organised, are properly staffed and have all necessary materials/resources Establish and maintain successful relationships with university/college placement resources, direct placement and temporary recruiting agencies as needed Support overall recruiting strategies, policies, practices, and standards Support HR Business Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Team with recruiting projects as assigned Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

    Relevant degree Recruiting/hiring experience (staffing or HR corporate level) Online / trade publication job posting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of interviewing techniques Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks effectively Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
