The Company 

Our client’s high quality milk-based drinks and related products are loved and enjoyed by thousands of customers throughout the UK. 

Due to the continuing success of their operations, they are now looking for an additional Production Operator to join their expanding team as part of planned growth. 

Your Rewards 

- Salary of £24,957 per annum 
- Staff bonus of £800 - £1,000 per year 
- 25 days’ holiday (equivalent of 22 shifts per year)

Your Role 

As a Production Operator, you will be tasked with manufacturing our client’s products in a safe and compliant manner. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Take responsibility for health and safety through audits, reporting accidents, incidents and hazards, working safely and utilising the appropriate PPE 
- Ensure technical, quality, hygiene and GMP best practice is followed within your work area 
- Identify areas of improvement 
- Escalate any issues you experience 
- Complete basic maintenance tasks 
- Undertake an effective handover at the start and end of each shift 
- Contribute to daily review meetings 

About You 

Although no experience is necessary, to be considered as a Production Operator, you will need: 

- The ability to operate within strict processing guidelines 
- The ability to comply with food safety requirements 
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

Any experience gained within a food manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial to your application.
