Lecturer in Computing

Lecturer in Computing. Full Time. Permanent.

The successful applicant will hold a level 4 qualification and have the ability and experience to deliver up to date Computer Science subjects at all levels up to and including HNC/D. This is your opportunity to help to inspire the next generation. Having the ability or experience to deliver on programming languages such as C# and Java would be an advantage as would a proven track record of delivering BTEC qualifications or equivalent.  Knowledge of cyber security is desirable. You will also hold a Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent).

We are keen to hear from enthusiastic and motivated lecturers who can deliver innovative and exciting learning experiences, while maintaining a student centred approach to their teaching.  Successful applicants who do not already hold a teaching qualification, will be supported in gaining the required Qualified Teacher in Learning and Skills status.
