Sous Chef - GBP22-GBP25K Negotiable - Canterbury
Our Client has an excellent reputation for providing an outstanding dining experience. They have a destination establishment in the Canterbury countryside and are looking for a Sous Chef that is has aspirations to move to the next level in their career.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible:
* Cover for all the Head Chef's duties in their absence so must be able to confidently run a kitchen and a small team.
* You will need to produce food to high standards
* Advise head chef when stock needs replenishing
* Ensure a clean, hygienic environment
* Write up menus and
* Lead the team.
You must be creative, passionate about cuisine and be able to work under pressure. Our client is looking for a Sous chef who has a real flare for creative cuisine.
You will work 5 days a week and will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well as working for a highly respected establishment.
