The Graduate Systems Advisor role:

As our Graduate Systems Advisor in our Health, Safety, Security and Assurance (HSSA) Team, you'll primarily support the HSSA Management Information Systems Team in ensuring high quality HSSA performance data is available across the Group, and that reporting is to a high standard.

You'll develop, implement and maintain fully populated HSSA management information systems, processes and tools which support all businesses and functions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. You'll establish value adding information from data sources designed to eliminate and minimise risks, analysing and maintaining datasets, providing routine and ad-hoc reports for inclusion in standard HSSA reporting processes.

The Ideal Graduate Systems Advisor:

As our Graduate Systems Advisor in HSSA, you'll be degree qualified with knowledge and experience of analytical frameworks and ways of working, you'll have knowledge or experience in implementing company operating standards and processes. You'll also have knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements.

You'll have experience of designing and maintaining accurate datasets for continuous improvement purposes as well as informative reporting. As such, you'll have high analytical, numeracy, literacy and accuracy skills alongside being a strong communicator, both verbally and written and able to talk through data and reports at all levels appropriately. Whilst you'll be methodical and structured in your approach to work, you'll also be adaptable and flexible, a strong relationship builder at all levels and able to maintain motivation at all times.

The role will be based in Taunton, Rochester, Motherwell or Exeter with occasional travel to sites across the UK, therefore a full driving license is essential.
