• Build a culture of process control mindset in the manufacturing team
• Lead and champion Lean initiatives in the manufacturing function
• Provide coaching support to colleagues
• Develop and execute the strategy enabling the team to deliver zero defect projects in the operating businesses
• Integrate manufacturing initiatives into the manufacturing strategy

• Demonstrated personal leadership skills
• B.S. degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Some years of management experience, incorporating both technical expertise and team leadership
• Demonstrated effective leadership of individuals and groups
• A dynamic individual with a high level of energy
• Relentless and results driven performer with a continuous improvement mind-set
• Several years in a manufacturing environment
