HR Support Administrator

They have created a brand new role for a HR Support administrator who will be based on the contact centre floor for team members to have daily access to. As you will be visible, you need to be friendly, approachable, highly confidential and professional at all times. This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract but could lead on to a permanent role.
You will be the first point of contact for team members who have queries regarding payroll, holidays/absences and general queries relating to their role.
Escalate as and when required to HR advisor or Employee Relations member and deliver feedback to the team member in a timely and confidential
You will be approachable, organised a great communicator
Ideally you will have experience working within a HR admin support role or HR environment. If you have an interest in HR or would like to progress into Employee Relations role then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
