Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for a project manager to ascertain client needs and ensure projects are completed in necessary timeframes. You will also oversee and support other members of the team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Senior project manager overseeing and managing new and existing clients
* Maintaining high standards and company policies
* Training and coaching team members
* Managing your own workload
* Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in an efficient manner
* Screening and interviewing potential clients
* Assist with event management and the daily handling of logistics
* Co-ordinate and provide administration for multiple projects
* Work with other PMs to produce timely updates for the Senior Managers
* To communicate regularly to clients, senior management on the progress of all ongoing projects and keep a log of activities
Experience and Skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Driven and ambitious
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
* Able to motivate team members and work colleagues
* Experience working on valuable projects
* Able to build and maintain client relationships
