Joining a team of dedicated and experienced team of engineers this role is a depot based role and the candidate will be responsible for predominately servicing industrial chillers, boilers and refrigerants and will be F-Gas/CITB qualified.

The main focus of this role will be carrying out inspections and testing of all fleet ( Fluid Chillers, Fluid Pumps, Air Handlers, Lennox Units, Buffer Tanks, Heaters & Boilers) that are returning from hire (from customers returning to the depot). You will be responsible for carrying out any necessary maintenance and repairs on the Temperature Control fleet to ensure it is prepared to a high standard for upcoming hires.

Key responsibilities:

Core Activities

* Ensuring accuracy of checking in returned equipment, preparation, delivery related hard allocation, and equipment repairs.

* Ensuring that equipment allocated for delivery or transfer is available on time and has been prepared to the highest standards.

* Perform hard allocation of plant to meet depot contract requirements, including release and return of plant, off-hire inspections and processing of chargeable extras

* Routine servicing of plant both in location and on site

* Maintain up to date knowledge of new plant and industry developments

QHSE

- Maintain the yard and workshop in a neat and tidy state in accordance with company policy

- Ensure all yard/workshop equipment in safe/good working order

Other

The duties described above cover the main focus of the role, however from time to time you may be required to carry out any other duties which are reasonable and within your abilities to support other areas of the business. This may include but is not limited to Field Based Servicing. There will be occasional overtime (rota based)

Education/Qualifications

* Good basic secondary education to GCSE/'O' level standard

* City & Guilds/ONC or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Refrigerant Handling (F Gas)CITB Brazing or equivalent

- Must hold a full, clean and valid driving licence
