This leading manufacturer of high-precision injection moulded plastic components for the medical industry are currently looking for an Injection Moulding Process Technician to join their expanding team.
As injection Moulding Process Technician your duties will include -
* The efficient running of production equipment.
* Setting up and running of production moulds/processes.
* Sampling and evaluation of moulds when required.
* Supervision and development of staff.
* Setting up of ancillary equipment such as dryers and robots
* Process troubleshooting.
* Machine maintenance within the limits of training competence.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Suitable Candidates are likely to hold the job title of Process Technician, Moulding Technician Moulding Engineer, or Process Engineer.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Process Engineer the ideal Candidate will -
* Have a strong background in Injection Moulding
* Be fully competent in carrying out Tool & Materials trials.
* Hold relevant external training qualifications (BPTA, G&A, PTIC, etc).
