CeMAP Mortgage Advisor

Ambitious financial services firm, are looking to add a newly qualified but experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to their team. OTE is circa GBP40k+ and based in Southend on Sea. Generous basic salary along with attractive pipeline of potential customers.

Due to rapid growth we are looking for an experienced advisor to join our team to provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.

This is an excellent time to join the company - we have a large bank of existing clients along with new client opportunities provided daily from our large number of introducers, existing clients and recommendations.

Main Duties include:

• Carrying out client appointments within local offices or client homes.
• Carrying out a fully compliant sales process when recommending and arranging mortgages, protection and general insurance policies.
• Exceeding monthly targets (for both mortgage and protection)
• Working closely with estate agency colleagues to provide feedback on leads, appointments and applications as well as providing coaching where required in order to generate more opportunities.
• Growing existing client relationships and spotting new client / introducer opportunities.

Requirements:

• Full CeMap or equivalent financial services qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year's current experience within the mortgage industry
• Full driving licence and own vehicle a must.

Good basic salary with realistic OTE of GBP40,000 + in the first year. Laptop and phone provided. All leads and administration support provided
