Lead Asbestos Surveyor - GBP25-27k - Manchester
GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 + Benefits
The Client:
My client has been at the forefront of Asbestos Management in the UK for more than 25 years, maintaining accreditations in asbestos surveying, air monitoring, clearance testing, bulk identification and bulk sampling. Due to a period of sustained growth, they are looking to recruit a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to be based out of their North West office.
The Role:
The role of Lead Asbestos Surveyor will see you carrying out surveys on all types of commercial and domestic properties, recording all information onto a tablet. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be building relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. A full driving license and a willingness to travel is essential.
The Candidate:
To be considered for the role of Lead Asbestos Surveyor, you will need to hold the P402 qualification and have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in a UKAS environment. You will be fully competent in carrying out different types of surveys - Management and Demolition
The Package:
A basic salary of between GBP25-27k is on offer depending on expeirence, along with a company vehicle and attractive corporate benefits package. Full and ongoing training is provided, along with the chance for continued professional development.
