As part of our expansion plans, we have on offer a unique new opportunity to work as a Business Development Manager within our business. This role is a senior level position working in a vibrant, fun and passionate team, within a forward-thinking and highly progressive company. Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Driving sales revenue and client-relationship management with new and existing pharmaceutical and healthcare clients within the contract sales business. * Devising strategies for driving CSO growth within the business. * Devising strategies for driving permanent recruitment revenue growth across the business. * Pitching for new business within new and existing pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. * Analysing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate. * Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's services. * Tracking new markets and emerging trends within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors and proposing and developing new strategic partnerships. * Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development team as required. * Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes. * Acting as a key contact for new and existing customer accounts. * Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks. * Negotiating contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability. * Devising marketing materials and tools to support new business development. * Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery. * Maintaining strong business relationships with all external customers. * Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
