Joining a newly formed recruitment team, you will work alongside driven and talented individuals to raise awareness of Army careers, with the expectation to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with the utmost care and support.You will utilise a wide range of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants including social media, careers fairs and recruiting events. In addition to building trusting relationships with a network of candidates, the Recruiter will liaise with several key internal stakeholders, where you will utilise your strong communication skills and commercial acumen to build rapport and confidence in your recruitment capabilities. This role will be based in the Glasgow ACC. Salary is up to GBP25,000 + 20% bonus. What you will do: * Interview candidates and work consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey * Provide an exceptional candidate experience * Attend and lead attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers * Maintain awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities * Use the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates * Act as brand ambassador and recruiting role modelYour experience will include: * As an experienced Recruiter, from either an RPO, in-house or agency background, you will have a passion for talent acquisition and will have developed strong influencing skills. * You will be motivated by providing an exceptional experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process, adapting your approach to suit the individual needs of each candidate. * Commercially minded, you will be driven to succeed in filling high volumes of roles to agreed timescales, whilst providing the highest standard of service. * Success within this role will be directly affected by your ability to work within a targeted environment, where you will be motivated by a desire to exceed expectations. * Successful candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will be required to pass DBS and BPSS pre-employment screening checks.About Recruiting Partnering Project:Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP), part of Capita plc, has been working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) since 2012 to transform the British Army's recruitment service.
