Scottish Autism is a leading not-for-profit organisation that is committed to empowering and supporting people with autism. Fife Area Services are now looking for 2 part time Autism Practitioners to join their team.
If you’re a qualified social services and healthcare professional OR you’re looking for the opportunity to develop a rewarding career within this area, look no further, this is the role for you.
You’ll have the chance to make a real, positive impact on people’s lives throughout Scotland and work with a variety of individuals on the autistic spectrum. Additionally, Scottish Autism offers comprehensive training and great personal development prospects, making this the ideal role in which to build a career for the future.
As an Autism Practitioner, you will be tasked with providing care, education and support to individuals with autism across Fife.
Supporting and working with people of all ages, you’ll design, implement and review person-centred support plans. Taking on each and every challenge with enthusiasm and passion, you’ll help to identify difficulties and provide future opportunities, whilst promoting independent and inclusive living within the local community.
Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have, or be willing to work towards achieving a social services and healthcare qualification, such as an SVQ Level 3.

Please note, candidates will be required to work a flexible shift pattern, which may include lone working, weekend shifts, evening shifts, sleepovers and nightshifts.
Please note, the organisation operates a policy where only successful applicants will be contacted. Candidates who have not received written confirmation within two weeks of the closing date for the position should then consider themselves unsuccessful.
