My client, based in Northwich has transitioned through some positive changes, which has resulted in a HR Advisor role for their team. They have expanded recently as part of a growth plan, making this a really exciting time to join this organisation and team.
Do you have experience in a generalist commercial role? Have you managed, supported with or lead change projects? Are you fully qualified to CIPD level 7? If so it could be the ideal opportunity for you.
The position: A varied and generalist role at this level, partnering a number of managers in guiding and coaching through policies and processes, updating and developing them. This candidate will manage the full spectrum of employee relations to include absences, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, recruitment, and change project work.
The candidate will be commercially focused, have strong employment law knowledge, be adaptable and resilient to change. You must be a strong generalist, who can hit the ground running.
