Head Chef required for work in Lapland from October to March 2019. Interviews are being held in Manchester on the 1st September.
As Head Chef, you will manage three eating areas from one kitchen, passing on meals to the other eating areas to be reheated. It is a challenging location due to no fresh food deliveries, so your menu planning skills, planning limited food deliveries and managing a high ratio of kids to adults meals will be critical. Your ability to cook UK favourites for families on fast turnaround meals before their excursions, achieving great value, great flavours whilst managing a team of Chefs will be invaluable to our clients guests. You will ensure excellent standards of kitchen hygiene management and of course, ensure customers have a great holiday experience for approx. 170 covers three times a day. .
This is a role that is paid monthly, free accommodation, free meals, free transfers, (refund of outbound flight at end of contract). This is full time role for people who are eligible to work in the EU.
