The growth of the Carey Group has seen the transformation of our Marketing and Communications team, to incorporate design and branding, internal communications and external marketing. The Role:
Partnering with Carey New Homes on their developments to create and design:
* Brand concepts
* Brochures
* Floor plans
* Signage
* Hoarding
* Adverts
Established in 2004, Careys New Homes specialises in creating new build developments in desirable locations across Southern England- building premium quality, contemporary homes that create communities, developments and great environments for people to live and enjoy life.
In addition, you'll support the other Group companies in the design of:
* Exhibition stands
* Event advertising
* Flyers & Posters
* HTML emails
* Bespoke infographics
* Animated gifs and motion graphics
About You:
* Graphic Design: 5+ years
* Property / new homes experience
* Proficient using the Adobe creative suite particularly Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Working with multiple page layouts
* Strong typesetting skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to brand and style guides
* Preparation of high resolution work ready for print
* Motivation to upskill and mentor others within the team
This is a fantastic role for an innovative self-starter, who wishes to influence the creative impact and design standards of Carey New Homes and the Carey Group. We want someone who gets excited by design and can get stuck in at all stages of the creative process - from concept to delivery
