Interaction are delighted to work alongside a family owned business working in the Re-rental housing market. Supplying councils and displaced families new housing in and around Milton Keynes.
To support their service proposition to Landlords, my client is looking for a lettings assistant to carry out the tasks of moving ins and property inspections. The inspections will ensure the property's upkeep is maintained and report any problems back to the management team. Check ins and outs will be carried out to onboard families, show them around the property, take/issue keys and complete an inventory.
You will be a professional presenter, excellent communication skills, good customer service skills, an eye for detail and a well organised individual.
A full UK driving licence is required and you will be covering a radius of 25 miles from Milton Keynes. Full expenses will be provided by the company.
