Joiner

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Multiskilled Joiner, your role would be to carry out predominately joinery work and repairs to CCG’s occupied and empty properties, communal areas, related assets, and any other contractual works throughout the County and surrounding areas.

It is essential that the post holder is qualified to City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or relevant demonstrable experience, and have a full, clean and valid driving licence. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.

Some of the benefits of working for CCG in this role include the following:

  • Company van
  • All necessary tools
  • PPE and uniform
  • Paid annual leave
  • Extensive training

Saer Coed

Fel y gymdeithas dai fwyaf yng Ngogledd Cymru, mae Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd yn darparu tai a gwasanaethau fforddiadwy ac o safon i’n tenantiaid. Rydym yn ceisio gwneud hynny mewn ffordd sy’n amddiffyn ac yn datblygu diwylliant a threftadaeth ein cymunedau.

Fel landlord cymdeithasol cofrestredig prif bwrpas CCG yw darparu tai rhent fforddiadwy i bobl sydd eu hangen. Rydym yn gorff annibynnol di-elw wedi ein cofrestru a’n reoleiddio gan Lywodraeth Cymru.

Mae gennym dros 6,300 o gartrefi ac rydym yn gyfrifol am reoli a chynnal y cartrefi rheini.

Fel Saer Coed Aml-Grefftus fe fyddwch yn gwneud gwaith saer coed ar eiddo CCG lle mae tenantiaid yn byw ynddynt, ac ar dai gwag, ardaloedd cyffredin, asedau cysylltiol a gwaith cytundebol eraill ar draws y Sir ac ardaloedd cyfagos.

Mae’n hanfodol i ddeilydd y swydd yma gael cymhwyster City and Guilds/NVQ Lefel 2 mewn gwaith coed neu brofiad perthnasol, ac yn dal trwydded yrru llawn a glân. Mae’r gallu i siarad cymraeg yn ddymunol, ond ddim yn hanfodol.

Mae rhai o fuddion o weithio gydag CCG yn y rôl yma yn cynnwys y canlynol:

  • Fan Cwmni
  • Offer gwaith
  • PPE a dillad gwaith
  • Gwyliau blynyddol taliadwy
  • Hyfforddiant eang
