Rooftop Housing Group is one of the top 50 Best Not-for-Profit companies to work for in the UK. We’re changing the way we provide housing for those in need, and we’re changing the way we work together.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Process Improvement) to work with the senior management team to support the development of the organisation's functions, services and products. As a Project Manager, you will provide oversight of all process changes and ensure that project timelines are adhered to and that changes are evidence-based. You will facilitate workshops with the delivery teams, in order to review and implement process changes across their areas of operation.
In conjunction with the Head of Service Improvement, you will lead on the development and implementation of a change management process and related activities. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking risks related to the team’s work and appropriate mitigating activities and controls.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant area and have previous experience in a project management environment and managing and reporting on the delivery of workstreams. You must have previous experience in leading or supporting workshops and other events related to process re-engineering and have the ability to work in and manage an environment which will have multiple projects with different priorities and emphasis. Ideally, you will hold a qualification in a process re-engineering discipline (such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, BPR) however this is not essential.
Closing date: 9am Monday 1st October 2018.
