The Role 

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will deliver a high-end, security-focused hosting experience to visitors, guests and employees at a site in Bristol. 

In this key role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for front-of-house operations and ensure that a seamless service is delivered. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Meet, greet and assist visitors, guests, staff and contractors 
- Respond to incoming telephone queries 
- Remain vigilant and ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment 
- Perform a range of administrative tasks 

About You 

To join us as a Corporate Receptionist, you will need: 

- Customer service and administration experience 
- A working knowledge of Microsoft products 
- Strong communication skills 
- A highly-organised approach 

Ideally, you’ll have previous security experience and/or training. Experience of visitor centres and/or systems would also be beneficial. 

We’re eager to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Receptionist, Secretary, PA, EA, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator, Office Administrator or Front of House Receptionist. 

Those with experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Clerk, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Support Administrator or Customer Care Rep are also encouraged to apply. 

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday (days only).
