Assisted Living South West part of Rehability UK is a leading provider of community care and supported living, specialising in the provision of mental health and learning disability care recovery pathways.

We utilise bespoke care packages to recognise individual qualities to enable service users to achieve their best in a safe and liberating environment. Working with trusted partners, our services are purpose built and are located in areas that reflect the importance of privacy but fulfil the need for community integration. 

We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join this fast growing company, one of the roles will cover the Barnstaple/Tiverton area and the other will cover the Torbay/Paignton area.

We are looking for people with experience of working in health and social care or working towards or equivalent of Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification.  Also if you have experience of supported living and managing multiple sites then we would like to hear from you.

You will be required to lead services and deliver positive outcomes to service users to ensure that individual needs and aspirations are met, whilst partnering with other agencies and wider circles to promote joint working. You will be responsible to ensure that the services are working towards compliance to CQC regulations, company and Health & Safety policies.

You will be involved in potential new packages of care and support as required and implement induction/assessment programmes for these.

Be prepared to undertake further training and personal development as and when required to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Manage services on a day to day basis.

Take part in an on call rota.

Plan the rotas for your services.
