We are looking for a Second Chef to join our Catering team. Working to costed recipes, you will skillfully produce a variety of food dishes to a high standard for students and staff during term time as well as conferencing guests, particularly during holiday periods. Ideally you will possess a City & Guilds 706/2 in Catering and an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent. The weekly working pattern will be 40 hours, working five days over seven.
