An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within one of the Manchester office's most successful teams.
Search are renowned within the healthcare sector as a trusted provider of support workers and nurses to Independent Mental Health hospitals across the UK. Working to incredibly tight deadlines, we pride ourselves on are our ability to provide an exceptional service, filling 100% of the requests we are given with fully experienced, vetted and qualified candidates.
This role is to provide the day to day management of a number of our largest clients, representing Search Consultancy and delivering to the demanding standards of the Service Level Agreement
You'll need to be resourceful, show initiative and have the ability to deal with multiple tasks during busy periods. Your Key Performance Indicators will be based around candidate attraction and registration, filled and repeat business, client and candidate service reviews, compliance and GP generated as part of a team.
