Scrum Master

Reporting to the General Manager - E-Commerce Delivery, the Scrum Master will work closely with the Software Development Manager and Delivery Team members to ensure our projects are delivered as effectively as possible.

In this exciting new role you will need to have experience of working in a scaled agile environment across multiple teams, delivering internally developed websites and applications. You will also be required to act in an agile coaching capacity within the team, so you must have excellent knowledge of agile principles and approaches and be able to contribute towards an environment of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will be a Certified Scrum Master, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong stakeholder management experience. You will need proven experience of managing projects in a scaled agile environment which incorporate multiple teams, business areas or systems through the full project lifecycle. Experience of ITIL principles in a work environment is required, as is knowledge and experience of delivering public-facing e-commerce projects which involve multiple channels such as web, tablet and phone
