My client is an award-winning company offering specialist solutions to the retirement, care and assisted living sectors. This business pride themselves on creating the highest quality new homes for older people as well as maintaining strong partnerships with their broad range of customers. Due to increased workload, this business are looking for a Construction Planner to join their Cardiff team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong planning background as well as excellent working knowledge of the construction industry. You will confident with various computer progreammes including Asta Programme Project, Work and Excel. You will show an understanding of the design, planning and developments process along with knowledge of various construction technologies.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join the pre-construction team and will support the production of programming schedules for pre-construction and construction project stages. You will develop and coordinate programmes which consist of all necessary processes, procedures and systems. Your role will also involve establishing risk management plans and identifying possible factors affecting project delivery. You will provide input into negotiations, contracts, proposals, budgets and proposals and will work closely with clients and colleagues throughout the process.
