RSS Infrastrucure are seeking a talented individual to join our Team as a Trainee Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Role:

1. To provide accurate administration support to the Compliance Manager ensuring all data is accurate and relevant and that all tasks are completed in line with relevant timescales.

2. To use a variety of software packages (including Excel, Access and Powerpoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations

3. To provide administration support to other departments as and when required to support the successful running of the business.

4. Support with arranging compliance training for staff members.

5. Attend client forums and meetings, with the Compliance Manager, as required.

6. Ensure 100% compliance to all company processes, procedures and management systems.

7. Where required attend training and competency development courses as directed by the Company to enhance your understanding of the sector, business or Compliance function.

8. Take reasonable care for the health and safety of self and others who may be affected by acts or omissions related to your work.
