About Client:
Our Client is a leading Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Paisley. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join a successful and established company with a strong support infrastructure and great career opportunities with long-term security.

Main aspects of the role can be summed up as follows -

• Carry out structural design and produce drawings in AutoCAD for SER Certification
• Assist with site inspections and surveys
• Delivering projects to the company's standards and procedures from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities and stakeholders
• Direct involvement in company growth strategies and implementation

Non-negotiable:

• 5+ years of postgrad experience
• Client facing-professional persona who can handle client queries and manage their expectations.
• Looking for someone who will be at home with the design elements
• UK experience

Interview process:
1 stage F2F interview, competency-based.
Team setup:
7 currently in the brand-new office, 3 other engineers.
