Now, we are looking for a Project / Client Account Manager to deliver a high-quality service to customers and ensure projects are completed within set timescales.

The Role 

As the Project / Client Account Manager, you will plan and implement a range of software development projects for customers and ensure that a first-class service is delivered.  

Reporting to the Project Team Manager, you will:  

- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle  
- Build excellent working relationships with customers  
- Work proactively with colleagues to resolve any issues  
- Report on project progress and status to the Project Team Manager   
- Ensure that software operates in-line with customers’ requirements  
- On occasion, visit customers in the UK and Europe  

About You 

While no specific experience is required, to be considered, you’ll need:  

- Great multi-tasking skills  
- A team-oriented approach 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
- To be highly-organised and able to prioritise your workload  

Ideally, you’ll have great IT skills, but this isn’t essential. Customer service experience would also be beneficial.
