Where in the world of OVO will I be working?

Our aim is to help customers manage their energy usage and to support the UK's drive to reduce carbon emissions. Therefore, we have plans to develop our Field Force to support exciting new products which will help customers improve their home’s energy efficiency and in home experience.

What will I be doing?

Our Schedulers will work closely with the Scheduling Leads and Field Team Leaders to ensure they are providing support to our Field Force engineers whilst meeting Scheduling KPIs. Our Field Force Schedulers will have a high attention to detail, respond rapidly to change and be proactive in making improvements within the team.

You will:

- Ensure engineer travel time is as minimal as possible to ensure engineers are able to be as safe and as productive as reasonably possible.
- Communicate with Field Force Team Leaders to discuss engineer availability and ensure this is accurately recorded.
- Ensure OVO Field Force engineer capacity is set accurately to ensure we are efficiently utilising engineers.
- Ensure monthly KPIs are met, these will include QM scores, distance travelled, jobs sent within SLAs and any other reports deemed relevant by the Senior Management Team.
- Ensure all work to a high standard and work lists are being completed within SLAs.
- Work closely with Field Support Manager to optimise scheduler efficiency and productivity levels, in addition to ensuring effective prioritisation of tasks amongst schedulers.
- Ensure customers are informed of any installer delays or cancellations within a timely manner

Do I have what it takes?

- Degree level qualification preferred, minimum A level education
- A proactive approach, and strong field service scheduling experience
- Experience working with field service management and scheduling systems, reviewing operational processes and contributing to a proactive approach to managing engineer time
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Experience within a customer experience focused gas, electrical, FM or telecoms field service arena is preferred
- Excellent IT skills
- A proactive approach in their own desires to develop and grow within OVO.
