Deputy Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childrens supervisor, to take on a role that will give you the opportunity to develop to registered manager.

You will work with a highly regarded provider of residential services to vulnerable children with learning disabilities, autism and a range of needs. You will start as a deputy manager, and will receive plenty of ongoing support and training for you to develop and reach the next milestone in your career.

You will be an experienced residential childcare practitioner, childrens support worker or therapeutic care worker, with some experience within a supervisory capacity, ideally at Deputy Manager or House Parent level. You will hold a minimum Level 3 Children and Young People qualification, but ideally will have Level 5. You will have an excellent knowledge of OFSTED regulations, and what is needed to ensure a childrens home is compliant.
