Devices Customer Evangelist
Thames Valley Park, Reading (plus customer site travel)

Salary: 32,000 - 36,400 based on experience
Contract: October 1st 2018 until June 30th 2019

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the on site health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Job Description
Tablets are amazing devices for people in businesses. Commercial sales of tables and hand held devices are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a sales and evangelist talent to help customers realise the value of these in their business. Our company's tablets have received a huge amount of interest and excitement since launch and we have a dedicated group of sales specialists who develop opportunities across the small, mid-market and corporate segment. As more commercial customers are choosing our company's devices, we are looking to enhance our customer experience with a dedicated evangelist professional who can help us demonstrate the capabilities of our product to new customers; accelerate the adoption within existing accounts and ensure that our device customers become our device fans.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
" Customer on boarding sessions on new devices to C-level executives
" Delivering customer training sessions
" Represent our devices at customer and company events
" Deliver training sessions for device sellers within the Partner Community
" Work closely with customers and sales team to identify and develop potential incremental device sales opportunities and pipeline.
" Be a subject matter expert during those engagements on our devices, accessories and 3rd party accessories; and how these all come together to solve needs across security, management, productivity and apps.
" Successfully position our products and services against competitive solutions by understanding customer needs, offerings, and competitor product offerings.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" High energy natural storyteller and evangelist - comfortable working with a variety of customer types
" Prior Training background would be beneficial
" Prior technology sales experience

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Excellent cross group collaboration skills
" Excellent customer/influence skills

" Superb communication skills, written/oral
" University degree or equivalent in technical or business setting
