Our client is an award-winning coach with a practice based in Southampton and clients across the South Coast.

He is looking for someone to help him develop his practice so that more business owners across the South Coast can live the lives they want, whilst enjoying accelerated results in their businesses.

  • Be experienced in generating B2B appointments

  • Be willing to learn and develop – this is a Coaching company after all! 
  • Have a full driving licence with a car for occasional local travel

Your Role

The key responsibility will be to set sales appointments with Business Owners who own businesses that fit a set criterion. To do this you will have the flexibility and autonomy to set your own plan which will be agreed in advance, and is likely to include, but is not limited to:

  • Designing and sending out mailings
  • Attending networking events
  • Making phone calls to follow up on potential appointments
  • Making connections on Social Media and following up with those connections

Your Remuneration

  • Salary – Starting circa £30,000 pa depending on your experience, with 15% commission on new client signings.
  • Hours – 37 hours per week, flexible, some out of usual hours for events, conferences etc with holiday being paid in lieu.
  • Holiday – 28 days holiday incl 8 bank holidays
