Due to ongoing success, we are now looking for a Distribution Centre Manager to oversee operations at our facility in Middleton.

Your Role: 

As the Distribution Manager, you will be tasked with delivering an efficient storage and distribution service for customers. 

Focusing on safety, quality and process excellence, you will ensure that Distribution Centre teams are mentored, trained and provided with a fantastic working experience. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Take the lead in promoting a safe working environment 
- Manage, mentor and lead the Warehouse Team 
- Ensure that all processes are robust and enables repetition 

About You: 

To be considered as the Distribution Centre Manager, you will need: 

- Experience of leading in an eCommerce or other fast-moving environment 
- Change management experience 
- Experience of managing IT change, preferably WMS implementation 
- A NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification 
- An inventory or a logistical qualification, preferably diploma or higher 
- A strong level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office
