Now is an exciting time to join our client, the largest housing association in the South West.

They are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly, efficient In House Maintenance team which provides a repairs and maintenance service for occupied and void properties throughout Somerset. The role is offered as full time, part time hours (9am-3pm) will be considered.
They currently have 33 Technicians working to maintain our properties and 12 office staff. Their office is based on a working farm in a rural setting. They are a close knit team with a real sense of team spirit.
In this key role you will provide administrative support to the Contracts Finance Team Leader and be responsible for the smooth running of the office, accurate data inputting, minute taking at team meetings, key sign out system and general administrative tasks.
They are looking for a flexible and proactive individual who has great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and can cope with daily changing priorities in a busy environment. Someone with good communication skills who can juggle priorities. You will need to be positive and self-motivated with a passion for providing a great service.
