I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a growing team in Cheltenham. The HR Advisor will be responsible for an array of generalist HR activity, working alongside another HR Advisor in the Andoversford office and working remotely with the national HR team. The role will partially be focused on the provision of effective HR Services (including advice, administration and support to line managers and colleagues) with additional responsibilities as/when required in respect of ER, Project work, Reporting and Process improvement. A good understanding of employment law and a strong working knowledge of HR functions and best practice are required for the role.
The role will best suit someone who has a strong experience of HR functions and can 'hit the ground running' with minimal training about HR (but with sufficient training on Company processes). Best suited to candidates who are happy to undertake a mainly 'office based' focused role and manage a high level of admin, but will enjoy opportunities in other areas of HR Generalist activity. Attention to detail is fundamental for this role, as is flexibility, commitment, an attitude to learn and collaboration with others.
