Manucomm Recruitment is looking to recruit a permanent part time HR Officer / Human Resource Officer / HR Advisor for a large and successful global manufacturing company based in Ilminster near Yeovil and Taunton. The successful HR generalist will join a team of three and will have previous manufacturing experience. This Part Time role is a 23 hours per week, 8am-2.30pm Mon-Thursday and 8am - 12.30pm on a Friday. (salary equates to GBP16445) There is also an up to 5% pension contribution

The Part Time HR role will include

-Working on HR Process - recruiting new starters, pre employment admin, interviews Internal transfers, leavers admin, exit interview etc..
-Human Resource reporting - Maintaining skills matrices, training budget administration, sickness
-Service contracts -= workwear, cleaning contracts etc..
-Human Resource software -SAGE updating employee records
-Training administration
-Occupational Health
-Ad-hoc Policy updates and process improvements

The successful candidate MUST have:
-Generalist Human resource experience gained in a manufacturing role
-Strong IT and administration experience
-Must be a team player but also able to work on your own initiative
