Case Administrator - Newcastle City Centre
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Case Administrator to work for a Government client in the Newcastle city centre.
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- City Centre location
- Pay increase to £9 after 12 weeks
The client works closely with offenders, the court service and police departments. Due to the nature of the environment the client requires candidates who are able to process highly sensitive information and remain non - judgemental.
Key responsibilities for a Case Admin will include data entry, sending out correspondence, processing information, and dealing with customer queries.
Successful Case Administrators will demonstrate an ability to process a range of admin tasks, follow strict procedures and work to a high degree of accuracy.
This role will require a security clearance, therefore if you hold a transferable DBS this would be highly advantageous.
Rate of pay £7 and increases to £9 after 12 weeks.
