Case administrator- Rotherham
I am currently seeking a case administrator on behalf of my public sector client based in Rotherham. This is a long term temporary contract which is expected to last for 6 months with a view to extend. This is a full time role for 37 hours per week, the pay rate starts from £7 for 12 weeks but will increase to £9.
The role will entail working on an approved premises central referrals unit. Training will be provided but duties will include:
- Administration skills- ability to use Excel is essential
- Experience of previously working on Lotus Notes Email system desirable
- Customer service
- Reception duties
- Diary management
- Able to deal with people from all walks of life
