About the Role

The Inventory Solutions sales team is a core part of Manheim and is responsible for generating significant vehicle volumes to remarket on behalf of other clients. The sales team manage a variety of clients for remarketing services whilst also developing strategic interfaces across the wider Cox Automotive business.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide leadership to a portfolio of key accounts and build and maintain productive, pro-active relationships to exceed volume and revenue targets from vehicles that are purchased via Manheim and sold via Manheim remarketing channels. Developing and growing relationships with existing clients, creating business development strategies that will identify new opportunities for increasing sales, you will prepare benchmarking data and management information to enable the effective management of client reviews and maintain regular client contact, ensuring timely delivery of client reports.

About You

So if you are analytically orientated, have high level influencing skills and previous experience of an account management role, then we want to hear from you!

Motor industry experience, specifically knowledge of automotive dealerships and the used car market would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. What’s more important is a genuine desire to provide customers with service excellence and the ability to create solid relationships. We’d also like you to be results orientated with the ability to effectively influence team performance, excellent communication skills and forward thinking planning decision making.
