My client is looking for Two Pension Administrators. They are a very well established company based in Godalming. They`ve been delivering self invested pension expertise since 1979 and have now grown to manage over 6,200 SIPPs and approaching 800 SSASs with over £4 of assets under administration. They currently administer over 2,500 commercial properties within their SIPP and SSAS.
They pride themselves on their award winning customer service. Furthermore they have a brilliant solution to all pension queries and an exceptional team behind them. They are looking for Two fantastic people to join their thoroughly successful team.
They are looking for someone who has an active working knowledge of Pensions, particularly on the administration side. You will be allotted and bank of clients that you will have to manage and tend too. From brand new clients, all the way through to the account being closed, you will be overseeing their every request. You will also be tasked with handling all incoming post which at times can be a rather high amount, a careful and organised approach is essential for this section of the business.
They are specifically looking for;
- Candidates with Two years experience in Pensions Administration
- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft suites
- Excellent time management skills
- Very personable and good humoured
- Local to the office (within 20 miles)
- Excellent Customer Service
In return you can expect to receive a salary of up to £30,000, starting wage is at £25,000. You can expect to receive some brilliant company benefits such as;

Successful candidates will receive full training on the premises learning from the best in the business, you will also be coached on the company systems. Your standard working hours are between 9 - 5:30
