They now have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them to develop personal and team performance, providing coaching and guidance and maximising first point of contact resolution to achieve excellence in service delivery to all customers, whist ensuring KPI’s are achieved.
Handling any escalated calls and providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, you will arrange and provide induction and other on-going training and coach and develop team members in order to enhance performance delivery, maximising staff retention and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to managing the team.
Essentially, you will contribute to continuous review and improvement of the service and provide direction for the team whilst promoting a culture of ownership and accountability.
With experience of successfully managing a team and developing and coaching others, candidates should have a background of achieving service targets, KPI’s and objectives and operating a computerised data base system. With a good level of IT skills including Microsoft office software in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, you should have experience of working within a call/service centre within a social housing environment and be capable of writing and presenting statistics and reports.
