Fundraiser
Are you looking to make a difference? A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an organisation that goes above and beyond to fundraise for a number of well-respected charities throughout the UK. You will be positioned at pre - booked venues, representing the face of the charity, engaging with the public in order to secure monthly direct debit donations.
This position is integral in the raising of funds for these organisations and will help move their cause forwards. There are few positions out there that are as rewarding as this, you will have to be a people person, a strong communicator, friendly and approachable. Proactively and working autonomously are essential skills.
This organisation prides itself on developing their staff and enabling them to thrive within a first-class team environment. Full training will be provided in the form of a 3 day onsite at head office, accommodation and any expenses are covered.
Requirements
Previous experience in roles such as fundraising, promotions, market research, customer service or sales desirable but not essential.
1st class communication skills, you will have a friendly and approachable manner.
A full driving licence and your own vehicle
Highly motivated with a self - starter attitude
Be adaptable and prepared for travel and changing environments and locations.
This role is a permanent contract and hours generally will be between 10am and 6pm based on a 40 hour full time basis. Part time (3 days a week) is also welcomed and could suit students.
A basic wage of GBP16,640 pa is provided alongside healthcare benefits, shopping discounts and a pension plan. You will also receive a discretionary bonus based against you hitting target sign ups
