Description

There are two Corporate Marketing Assistant roles which sit within group communications under the wider marketing directorate. These are entry level roles in the Corporate Marketing team and you will be primarily be supporting the marketing activity for the distribution arm of the group supporting marketing activity for partner brands, primarily driving leads for one of their major products.

You will report to a Lead Marketing Executive and be part of a team of six who service their partnerships. You will be primarily using their Document Management System to manage multiple documents which require review by a number of departments such as Category, Legal and Compliance, to ensure that the documents are on brand, factually correct and compliant, as well as delivered on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help develop marketing materials which are clear, engaging and compelling to potential customers
  • Brief the in house Studio to develop and update marketing assets, ensuring that requirements are clearly communicated to ensure that their time is used most efficiently
  • Co-ordinate comments and feedback on marketing material from company stakeholders and the partner; and help interpret this to our marketing materials, ensuring that we maintain clear and effective communications to consumers
  • Make sure that the Partner brand guidelines are followed
  • Ensure that documents are compliant and meet the needs of key stakeholders, making sure reference sources are correct and up-to-date for approvals and follow the policies and procedures of the business,
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to help deliver projects on time and which support wider commercial initiatives
  • Help deliver print mailings where required

Profile

The successful candidates will have some previous marketing knowledge/experience either through a degree programme, work experience or through a marketing qualification.

You will need to demonstrate you are highly organised with strong attention to detail, are task orientated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong people skills to work well with members of the marketing team and other stakeholders.

Ideally you will have experience of working with a document management system or consumer marketing/regulated products experience however this is desirable and not essential.

Job Offer

GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 depending on experience with great benefits
