Regional Sales Support
My client is a highly successful and award winning Fine Food Company, and they are currently seeking a dedicated and highly enthusiastic Regional Sales Support to join their on a permanent basis, located at their Worcester site.
You will need to be self-motivated, dedicated, and share an enthusiasm and passion for amazing food.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative and sales support to the Regional Sales Managers while contributing to increase the frequency and quality of sales data and analysis.
This is a 24/7 operation so some flexibility is required from the successful candidate. The role looks into some pretty deep parts of the business so will suit a curious, analytical, numerate, commercial, Excel-savvy, determined and supportive candidate.
This role would be perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to carve out a successful career in a fast growing business.
Working closely with and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will deal with price management, margins, monitor customer feedback, generate sales figures and have the ability to develop a close relationship with the company's Sales Analyst to name just a few.
This job needs a good chunk of pro-activity to manage the four line managers that are located in different sites or in other parts of the country. They're all sales people and they're all different, so they need some strong people management skills and someone who deal with a busy fast paced work environment, communicating to staff and clients of all different levels.
A driving licence is required as occasional travel may be required to other sites.
